Jade joined the team in December 2025 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. She brings experience in emotional trauma support from her previous role, offering a calm and compassionate approach to helping pets feel safe and supporting owners through what can be stressful visits. Outside of work, Jade enjoys time with her children and her bulldog, Eugene.
